Professor Barbara Santich from Mutton to Masterchef
Professor Barbara Santich is one of Australia’s foremost authorities on food. On Thursday August 2nd she gave the 2012 annual History Council public lecture. The title was ‘From Mutton to Masterchef:constancy and change in Australia’s food culture’. Ewart Shaw asked Professor Santich what, apart from the food, attracted so many people to Masterchef.
